The 2 rules from your example cause Adguard to use 192.168.1.235 as an upstream server for resolving the hosts *.local.microserver and *. via 192.168.1.235. You tried using domain-based rules in the list of upstream servers. If this is the case, you have to use the "Rewrite" functionality instead. If I get you right, you want Adguard to resolve local.microserver to the IP address 192.168.1.235.
